Unity thru Community

~ Yoga For Our Community & Beyond ~

“Yoga is for anyone who craves a deeper connection to themselves and others. Yoga means to unite or to yoke together. Through the practice of yoga we re-unite the body, mind & spirit and feel more balanced in our lives.

“What you are seeking is right inside of you!
Yoga helps us remember.”

Come Balance Your Yin & Yang To Create A Harmonious Life

What Is Yin Yoga?

The practice of Yin Yoga targets the joint system of your body and helps lubricate the joints and improve flexibility. In Yin we relax while holding postures for several minutes to help open the hip joints, sacrum, lower back, spine and shoulders. You will leave this class feeling totally stretched out and experience better sleep, relaxed and energized!

What Is Yang Yoga?

The practice of Yang styles of Yoga target the muscular system of your body and help improve physical strength and mobility. Here we have repetition of postures, connecting breath and movement in a flow. If you want to wring out your body, feel stronger and build inner heatfor better digestion then try a Yin/Yang or Slow Flow Class.

“Yoga does not just change the way we see things, it transforms the person who sees.” ― B.K.S Iyengar

Yoga Changed My Life!

I was totally stressed out when Yoga found me. I prayed for something to help me and there it was. That was more than 25 years ago and I’m still practicing. I turn to Yoga to help me keep my life in balance and it never lets me down.

I hope that you too can find some relief from this hectic world using the yoga practices of stretching, strengthening, breathing and focus to bring a little bit of lightness into your body, mind & spirit.

Hi. I’m Lynne Baum, ERYT and I have been a Registered Yoga Teacher since 2001. I opened my first yoga studio in Minnesota just 6 months after I graduated from my 200 Hour Teacher Training in Michigan. I am passionate about yoga because of my own personal  experience. It helped me learn how to take control of my life and I want to share it with as many people as possible.
